Moving In...

We have finally moved in to our house on the hill! We have solar power, gas hot water and bath, the fridge, and all our furniture. Haven't quite finished the doors, windows or bathroom, but oh well, they will happen. I am also excited because I got a 'new' secondhand Subaru Forrester 4wd, so ease of access up the driveway is a relief. Maya likes her new house, garden and yard, and Mummy and Daddy are glad to be out of the shed!

Haven't posted for quite a while, but in the meantime Maya has had her grandmother Christine visiting from the USA. We also went to visit Great-Grandma Marian in Cairns, and had 4 generations of Thomson women together! I will post these photos soon.

The other exciting development in the Nielsen-Wilson clan is that we are expecting another baby! I am 3 months' pregnant, and bushbaby 2 is due mid October this year. I have trained Maya to 'kiss the baby in Mummy's tummy', but beyond that I don't think she has any idea what is coming her way. I do, though, and am just trying to enjoy my blissful sleep while I can....
